This tacky paste flux in a syringe dispenser is great for board re-work applications. Whether you are replacing chips or just trying to re-flow and clean up initial assembly, the precise control and placement this dispenser kit provides keeps paste only where you need it and facilitates clean-up later. This Amtech type RMA-223-TF is an RMA flux that can be used for rework, sphere attachment to BGA, CGA and CSP packages. It can be Dot dispensed, Screen printed and Stencil printed. The kit includes one 10cc syringe of flux and a syringe kit for manual dispensing without a pneumatic dispenser.
