We've been using this meter on the bench for about 3 months now evaluating it before adding it to our product line. We've been looking for a good mid-range multimeter and have found this is a great meter for the price. I like the power saving features. Most of the meters around here are real battery hogs since they tend to get left on most of the time. The only drawbacks we have found so far are:
- The manual included is printed in a font size normally reserved for credit card contract terns and conditions. You need a magnifying glass to read it. We'll try to scan it in and enlarge it to post here.
- The diode test range seems to max out at about 1 Volt, making useless for testing LEDs like most other comparable meters.
- No display backlight.
